Minister Olivia ‘Babsy’ Grange sure knows how to throw a party! On Monday evening, the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport held its National Honours and Awards reception at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel to celebrate with the awardees and special guests of honour, which included His Imperial Highness Prince Ermias Sahle Selassie and his wife, Princess Saba Kebede, the Honorary Consul of Ethiopia in Jamaica and the US Ambassador to Jamaica Noah Nickolas Perry.
