A formidable catwalk presence for the four-day Parisian fashion spectacular, the SAINT International star was seemingly everywhere with bookings for Armani Privé, Alexis Mabille, Celia Kritharioti, Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad.
Williams opened her haute couture season for Grecian designer Celia Kritharioti’s runway show held at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs on Monday evening. She closed the day in Look 37 for Giorgio Armani’s fall Privé couture show, gorgeously outfitted in a sweetheart strapless gown, On Wednesday, Williams rocked the runway in separate appearances for Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad’s collections.
“I adore Paris and the high drama of couture season,” Williams told Living on a telephone call in-between shows. “Paris for me represents the artistic heartbeat of the fashion industry, and it has always held a special place in my heart given the many firsts in my profession that I would have experienced in France,” she divulged, recalling her initial visit to France came as a teenager in March 2014 when she debuted for Giambattista Valli’s and Valentino’s Fall/Winter collections.
Almost a decade later, the now 24-year-old relishes her storied career in the European city she so loves, having co-starred in global advertising campaigns and making multiple catwalk turns for French luxury fashion houses Balmain, Chanel and Dior. Williams also has the distinction of being a solo cover girl for French ELLE magazine. “It’s been quite a professional ride, and I’m humbled and thankful for the opportunities I’ve received and happy to still be working at this level,” she shared.
