On Thursday morning as our nation’s leaders gathered for the Ceremonial Opening of Parliament, fashion was a clear secondary focus. While there is usually a surplus of party colours, this year, the members took a noticeably muted approach to the honoured event, with neutrals and blues claiming centerstage.
