The AC Hotel Kingston recently hosted the grand coronation of Mrs Universe Jamaica, a pageant that is a profound celebration of womanhood. With a proud history spanning more than two decades, Mrs Universe has long been a platform that honours the multifaceted lives of women. It opens the stage to married women, mothers, and mature women, recognising that beauty and influence only grow with experience. At the end of the night, Annieka Lisa Francis, the mother of four boys, walked away with the Mrs Universe Jamaica crown, while Kaydia McKoy was named Mrs Cosmo Jamaica 2024 and Shanneil Brown-Bleary, Intercontinental Queen of Jamaica. Something Extra joined the celebration as the fabulous queens were crowned.
