Nariman Bharucha’s dreams have come true! He has just stepped down as the chief executive officer (CEO) of MegaMart, after being hand-picked personally by its chairman, Gassan Azan, 12 years ago. What an illuminating and gratifying experience in Jamaica for himself and his wife, Pooja, a practising energy healer and the inspiration behind their home’s design. Their return to India is only because of his ageing parents.

When it comes to ultra-fabulous residential real estate, this consequential home in one of Kingston’s most affluent addresses, Norbrook, takes its rightful place among the island’s noteworthy! This is the couple’s three-storeyed home of 5,760 square feet, bought in 2018 and extensively refurbished by 2020, with no expense spared. None!

Welcome to luxury: Four jolting bedrooms (sharing a lengthy, sizeable common entertainment balcony), each room specially designed for a grand movie theatre experience right from the bed.
