JUTC extends hours on some routes for Champs

The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) says it will be providing a special transportation service for this year’s Boys’ and Girls’ Championships from Tuesday to Saturday at the National Stadium.

The JUTC says the service will be provided on routes 3A, 12A, 17A, 18A, 20A, 21, 23A, 32, 44, 46, 78, 83 and 97.

These routes include Portmore, Spanish Town, Patrick City, Duhaney Park, Cooreville Gardens, Havendale, Meadowbrook, Papine, August Town, Half Way

Tree, Downtown Kingston, Harbour View and Bull Bay.

The JUTC says on Friday, the service will operate until mid-night while on Saturday, March it will end at 2:00 a.m.

The company says buses assigned to the special service will arrive at the National Stadium an hour before the end of the Champs each day and normal weekend fares will be charged.
