11-year-old boy shot dead in Clarendon

The police are investigating the circumstances under which an 11-year-old boy was shot dead in New Bowen, Clarendon last night.
He has been identified as Steven Williams of Fourth Street, New Bowen.
According to a police report, residents heard explosions minutes after eight o’clock last night and called them.
The police say when they arrived, Steven was seen with gunshot wounds.
He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The police say no motive has yet been established.
