The South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) says it has paid over all deductions owed on behalf of workers.

Chairman of the Board of SERHA, Dr Andrei Cooke, says funds were received from the Ministry of Finance through the Ministry of Health to facilitate the regional authority making the payments to clear all outstanding personal deductions.

Cooke says the Region intends to remain current with these payments and thanks the staff for their patience and understanding.

Healthcare workers attached to SERHA have been complaining about the failure of the Region to remit deductions to the relevant authorities.
