Padmore Primary School's top achievers in the Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT) were treated to lunch by Burger King on Tuesday, June 30. The mood at BK Constant Spring Road was festive as principal Keisha Hayle, teachers Damion Smith and Sameka Russell, two parents and other students who have been showing progress in aspects of their school life joined the scholarship recipients.

Burger King's sales and marketing manager, Sabrena McDonald Radcliffe, who organised the treat, said, "Burger King has always been a champion of education from early childhood to the tertiary level. This treat is a part of that commitment, which includes our 16-year scholarship programme which benefits GSAT students entering high school, as well as high/tertiary students. Last year, we expanded our educational support by donating more than $400,000 to the Early Childhood Commission's School Feeding Programme," she said.
