Sir Willard White, famed bass-baritone, opera singer and actor, was recently married in Jamaica. The nuptials happened at a private villa in Tower Isle, St Mary, under the watchful eyes of 40 friends and relatives of the couple from Jamaica and overseas.

The ceremony was performed by Silvera Castro, justice of the peace, St Andrew, and civil registrar.

The bride is Armenian. The reception was held at a the venue. Sir Willard, who recently performed in Jamaica, will reside in Paris with Lady Sylvia. This is Sir Willard's third marriage. He has seven children.
