Another security scare at US Embassy

There was another security scare, this morning at the United States Embassy in Kingston.
Joshua Polacheck, IRC Associate/Education USA Advisor, at the embassy confirmed that an occupant from a motor vehicle placed a plastic bag at the entrance in Liguanea.
The incident took place at approximately 11 o'clock.
Polacheck said the necessary precautionary measures were instituted but nothing damaging was found in the bag.
He said the embassy has reopened for normal business.
