George Quallo is new Deputy Commissioner of Police

Assistant Commissioner of Police George Quallo has been promoted to the rank of Deputy Commissioner.
Quallo was the Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of Area Four which comprises the Corporate Area.
Our sources say Quallo’s new portfolio assignment as deputy commissioner will be announced soon.
His appointment coincides with the retirement of DCP Delworth Heath who was in charge of the Inspectorate of the Constabulary.
Quallo is a longtime veteran of the Jamaica Constabulary Force who has served in several parishes and at several levels.
