Six St Catherine teenage boys who allegedly gang raped a teenage girl have each been granted 200,000 bail.
The bails were granted in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate’s Court yesterday following an application by attorney-at-law Earl Hamilton.
The boys were ordered not to interfere with the complainant and to relocate from their community as conditions of their bail.
They are scheduled to return to court on March 15, 2016.
Allegations are that earlier this month the teenage boys sexually assaulted the complainant in a rural community in the parish.
A report was made to the police and the boys were later taken into custody.
They were subsequently charged after being identified by the complainant.
