Water tanks are no longer a concern for the Half-Way Tree and Elletson Road police stations, as they are the beneficiaries of water tanks and pumps courtesy of the CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank.

Nigel Holness, managing director of the bank, who presented the tanks recently to representatives of the Area 4 Police Civic Committee Education Trust Fund for the two divisional offices, praised the police for their efforts to "protect and serve the citizens of Jamaica".

He said, "with no water issues to worry about, you can put your entire focus on crime prevention and solution".

Ferris Ziadie, J.P., chairman of the Area 4 Police Civic Committee Education Trust Fund, thanked Holness for the partnership through which the bank has provided support for various committee initiatives.
