#JaVotes2016: Contingent of soldiers in front of Hanover Parish Council building

Three candidates are expected to be nominated this morning for the Hanover West seat in the parish capital Lucea.
The incumbent Ian Hayles of the People's National Party is expected to be nominated at noon.
Before him, Bryan Wallace of the Jamaica Labour Party is scheduled to be nominated at 10 a.m., according to Basil McFarlane, returning officer. Leonard Sharpe of the National Democratic Movement is expected to be nominated at 11 a.m.
Already there is a contingent of soldiers in front of the Hanover Parish Council building in Lucea Square where the nominations are to take place.
