#JaVotes2016: Accusation of intimidation tactics in St. James West Central

Some Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) supporters in the West Central St James area of Granville are being accused of intimidating voters.
Residents told The Gleaner that since the opening of polling stations 26, 27, 28A and 28B at the Granville Primary and Junior High School this morning, a group of JLP supporters has been agitating and annoying voters.
The West Central St James seat is being contested by the People's National Party's (PNP's) Sharon Ffolkes-Abrahams, the JLP's Marlene Malahoo-Forte, and Clifford Barnett, member of the Marcus Garvey People's Political Party.
The PNP outdoor agents pointed to green flags hanging throughout the community as well as a banner promoting Malahoo-Forte in the community square.
However, JLP outdoor agents have rubbished the claim of intimidation, stating that the PNP was making up stories. They also said that the flags were up but have subsequently been taken down.
