Police Commissioner Dr Carl Williams is commending the Hanover Police for their quick action that led to the apprehension of four men following a murder in the parish on Thursday.
The police say two firearms and ten rounds of ammunition were also seized.
The dead man has been identified as 37-year-old Deano Brisset, of Mount Pleasant, in Hanover.
Director of Communications for the Jamaica Constabulary Force Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay says three of the men are believed to be from the Corporate Area.
