Members of the Opposition Peoples' National Party (PNP) National Executive Council (NEC) say they are prepared for a marathon meeting today.

The meeting, which started at 10 a.m at the University of the West Indies School of Engineering lecture theatre, is slated to discuss the Julian Robinson-led post election report which found, among other things, that the failure of President Portia Simpson Miller to participate in the leadership debate and unsettled constituency squabbles contributed to the party's loss in the February 25 general election.

At 2:00 pm, the meeting had not yet begin ‎discussing the report.

Simpson Miller is among those attending the meeting.

In March, she appointed Robinson, the party's deputy general secretary, to head the committee to conduct the review of the party's shocking defeat.
