JN sends lucky winner to France

Verna Baker of Gore Development is the ultimate winner of the 2015-2016 Jamaica National (JN) Off You Go promotion.

Baker walks away with an all- expense paid trip for two to Paris, France. The announcement came at the promotion's grand draw event, held at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel recently.

In its third year, the JN Off You Go promotion targeted affiliates in the real estate industry, developers and realtors, who vied for attractive prizes and cash incentives for each successful mortgage referral to the building society.

Tiffany Gordon, JN Mortgage sales executive, said that the initiative continues to be a demonstration of JN's commitment to working in solidarity with real estate professionals to make real estate acquisition a reality for many, especially in light of the recent changes in home loan financing for new applicants.

"We welcome the growing possibilities for both the mortgage and real estate industries, as it is evident that the demand for housing and mortgages should increase. And while we remain optimistic, based on market trends, we continue to place emphasis on working with our valued realtors and developers to benefit the sector," said Gordon.

Baker's colleague, Yanique Johnson-Bulgin, finished second in the competition and won an all-expense paid trip for two to Beaches Turks and Caicos in Providenciales.

Omar Evering of Kemtech Development and Construction Limited finished third, and won an Advance gas card valued at $250,000.
