Flash Flood Watch issued for all parishes

A Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for all parishes.

A flash flood watch means that flash flooding is possible and residents are advised to take precautionary measures and be ready for quick action if flooding is observed or if a warning is issued.

The Meteorological Service says an area of disturbed weather west of Jamaica is influencing the conditions.

The Flash Flood Watch will remain in place until 5 a.m. Saturday.

Marine interest are advised to exercise caution.
