Member of Parliament for St Mary Central Morais Guy recently joined the Jamaica Moves initiative undertaken by the Ministry of Health to encourage exercise and health habits among Jamaicans.

Guy hit the stage during the St Mary leg of Jamaica Moves, held at the Claude Stewart Park in Port Maria, St Mary, recently.

Dubbed 'Ready, Set, Sweat' it featured free health screenings, dental check-ups and outdoor workouts such as socasize, cardio aerobics, body sculpting, dance hall intense power aerobics.
