The Star will, this week, add even more excitement to the football wave set to hit Jamaica and the world with the FIFA World Cup finals.

The RJRGLEANER Communications Group publication is offering its readers a chance to win a grand prize of a five-day, four-night stay for two, including airfare, at the all-inclusive Breezes Resort and Spa Bahamas, as well as weekly prizes.

Nordia Craig, manager, business development and marketing at The Gleaner Company (Media) Limited, is excited about giving readers the opportunity to win.

"We are always looking for ways to engage and reward our loyal readers and The Star 'Spot The Ball Competition' will do just that.

"It's really easy, all our readers have to do is to look out for the football photo published in The Star on Thursdays and Fridays, mark an X where they think the football should be in the photo, complete the entry form, and send in their entries. We, along with our partners Breezes Resorts, Caribbean Airlines, and ATL, will be making a lot of persons very happy through this competition, and I am looking forward to meeting the winners," said Craig.

Weekly prizes will include 32-inch television sets and various cash prizes before the grand prize draw.

The competition will run for four weeks, with readers encouraged to enter as many times as they wish.

Full details of the competition can be found in The Gleaner and in The Star this week.
