Road improvement works disrupt power supply along Constant Spring Road

The Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) says road improvement works along Constant Spring Road in St Andrew has been impacting the power supply to customers in the area since 7 o' clock this morning.

The JPS says the affected areas include: Oak Lawns, Queens Court, section of Constant Spring Road, section of Grants Pen Road, and all roads leading off.

The energy company says the disruption is expected to last until 7 o' clock this evening and is apologising to the affected customers for the inconvenience experienced. 

As roadwork continues, JPS says it remains committed in playing its role in ensuring these activities are completed safely and in a timely fashion.

It will continue to update the public on any further disruptions associated with these initiatives.
