Three men killed in motor vehicle crashes in Westmoreland

Two men died in separate motor vehicle crashes in Westmoreland on the weekend and another was reported dead on Thursday.

Dead are 53-year-old Daniel Brown, 24 year-old Rushane Russell and 19-year-old Ashway Wilburgh.

Brown, a mechanic from Dalling Street in Savanna-la-Mar, died after bicycle by a 1999 white Isuzu motor truck​ on Friday morning; while Russell, a labourer succumbed injuries he sustained after losing control of his motor cycle and crashed into a concrete utility pole, also on Friday. 

Wilburgh died late last week after a crash involving a motor cycle, on which he was a pillion, and a Honda motor car. The incident occurred Wednesday.

The traffic police are investing the three incidents.
