Woman killed in Hanover crash

Investigations continue.

A 53-year-old Westmoreland housekeeper was on Tuesday killed in a crash along the Salt Creek Bridge in Hanover.

She is Sharon Dunbar, who was of a Whitehouse address.

The Green Island police are that at about 4:23 p.m., Dunbar was a passenger in a Toyota Axio motor car heading to Negril from Green Island when the driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with a Toyota Corolla motor car that was heading in the opposite direction.

The police were summoned and Dunbar was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Investigations continue.
