Kingston College’s Jason Pitter booked his spot in the semi-final of the boys’ Class 3 200 metres as the fastest qualifier, winning heat seven in 22.65 seconds.

Reigning Class 3 100-metre champion, Mario Ross of Wolmer’s Boys' School, is also safely through after he won heat two in 22.95.

Calabar’s Ched Brown, who took heat one in 22.90, is the other top qualifier.
