Jamaica's harbours reopened

The Port Authority of Jamaica (PAJ) has advised that it has reopened several harbours subsequent to the completion of surveys and a review of reports.

They were reopened yesterday evening to allow ships to enter and to proceed to berth at the designated terminals in preparation for commencement of port operations at 7 a.m. today.

They are:

· Kingston Harbour

· Port of Montego Bay

· Falmouth

· Ocho Rios/Reynolds Pier

· Port Antonio

· Portland Bight/Old Harbour Bay
