Heightened security outside Tower Street prison ahead of Vybz Kartel's release

There is heavy security presence consisting of the police and military now outside the Tower Street Adult Correctional Centre in downtown Kingston awaiting the release of dancehall entertainer Vybz Kartel.
A large crowd of people including the fiancé of Vybz Kartel are waiting for his release.
The police have cordoned the roadway along Tower Street, in the vicinity of the prison, to prevent unrestricted vehicular access.
The Court of Appeal earlier ruled that the men be released from prison.
Fans are on hand chanting “Free World Boss'".
