Mount Pleasant Football Academy goalkeeper Shaquan Davis has been called up to the Reggae Boyz squad to replace Coniah Boyce-Clarke, who has been recalled by his club Reading FC in the English Football League.

An injury to one of Reading's first team goalkeepers prompted Boyce-Clarke's withdrawal from the squad, according to a Jamaica Football Federation statement.

Davis, who has made a single appearance for the Reggae Boyz, will travel with the Boyz to Honduras.

He made his debut during an international friendly against Trinidad and Tobago in March.

He has since been called up on multiple occasions, including for the Copa America tournament, but did not make any competitive appearance for Jamaica.
