Man killed in drive-by in Porus

The Manchester police are trying to ascertain the identity of a man who was fatally shot in a drive-by in Porus last night.
Reports are that about 8:50 p.m. the man was on Main Street in the area when he was pounced upon by persons of a motorcycle who fired shots hitting him.
The bike drove away.
The man was assisted to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigation is being undertaken by the Porus police.
