Summer in France
Summer in France
Montego Bay's new hip spot, 876 Legends, at the Fairview Complex, was the place to be last Sunday, as KBH Entertainment staged the first of two 'ETE Summer in France' events.
Hosted in collaboration with the sports bar and restaurant that is fast becoming the most popular joint in the Second City after only two weeks of opening its doors, ETE features a twist on social mingles.
The concept, promoter Lincoln Robinson explained, is to give patrons a themed event that is hosted in a fun, hip, but relaxed environment, where they can mingle while listening to music from some of Montego Bay's top disc jockeys.
876 Legends' Dr Germaine Spencer, a Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week ambassador in 2015, and his staff offered delectable French-themed finger foods and premium cocktails from France. The impressive menu included bruschetta, kebabs, and wings, complemented by Grey Goose Vodka, Bacardi rum, Minuity, Bellot, Bacardi, and Hob Nob wines.
LOYALTY CARD
"The event is not only fun and relaxing, but even access to the event is different; if patrons want to indulge in inclusive packages they have to purchase an ETE Loyalty Card by submitting their names to eteloyalty@gmail.com," said Robinson.
The ETE Loyalty Card not only grants patrons inclusive access to the events, but offers discounts at select locations until December 2016. Cardholders also enjoy a 10 per cent discount at 876 Legends, CPJ Market and Baywest Clinic.
The second ETE Summer in France event is set for Sunday, August 21.
