Summer is on the horizon, and designer Keneea Linton George is way ahead of the times with her 2017 Summer Collection.
Filled with beautiful prints, bold colours and whimsical, light outfits tapping into your sexy, classy style, she unveiled the line at an intimate private viewing at her Lady Musgrave Road boutique last Saturday.
With fine wine, guests had the opportunity to view the 16 designs. There were jumpsuits tailored to complement a woman's figure, and dresses for that cocktail event or night out with the girls, and easy-breezy maxi dresses that can transition from lounge to banquet. Linton definitely hit the mark.
Linton told Outlook that she was inspired by the needs of her clients and the fabrics. It is summer, so bold prints are in and she wanted to play with that as well as bright colours - as we got to see with her neon-yellow numbers. Her choice of fabric was well thought out, as she wanted something that would suit our climate but still have that chic and elegant look such as with cotton and silk. Mission accomplished!
Guests fitted and left with lighter pockets, but a much bigger smile and better-looking closets.
