Last Saturday, Iberostar General Manager Philipp Hofer and his dynamic team at Iberostar Grand hosted another successful Chef on Tour dinner.

The stage was set for a night of excellence with a stunning facade of the entrance to The Musket Room - the culinary home of Michelin Star Chef Matt Lambert, who led the team in crafting this culinary delight.

The sold-out event feted a number of Montego Bay's who's who with a passion for good food and a world-class evening. The eight-course meal was well paired with wines from CPJ and left guests oohing and aahing about a number of the dishes.

Spotted at the dinner were Hugh Logan, Everod Wilson, Robert Russell, Richard Ferdinand, Chris and Maria Gordon, Winston Dear and his wife, Denise, and Joan Lee. Australian entrepreneur Stephenie Rodriguez flew back to Jamaica earlier in the day, in time for the event, and was not disappointed. "I thoroughly enjoyed the company, ambience, entertainment, wines, and especially the food. The evening was absolutely terrific!"

Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett also attended and sang the praises of Iberostar for hosting the successful series and OCEAN Style for their role in promoting this and other events in the Second City. Bartlett promised more events to highlight and promote Jamaica as a gastronomic destination par excellence.
