Nothing is more homely than being met with a sense of organisation, beauty and peace. The foyer table is the ideal piece of accent furniture that adds a welcoming finished touch to your home. A more beautiful and welcoming entryway is guaranteed to make a lasting impression on your guests when they arrive, and when they leave your home.

Suddenly, the foyer table to a home is the missing furniture piece you never knew you needed. Once you find the perfect one and place it where it belongs, you find yourself wondering how you ever lived without one before. The versatile piece can be placed to fill an empty hallway, or boost the visual ambiance of a room. It is attractive yet functional, and some varieties even include additional storage space.

Style them to your personal taste by adding unique treasures you’ve collected over the years. Your style aesthetic can range from grouping coordinated plants, photographs, decor accent pieces and so much more.

Here, we show three ways to style the same foyer table using various accent pieces without breaking the bank.

BOLD AND EXOTIC

Be bold and beautiful. Style your entryway with an exotic, framed artwork and gold accent pieces. Included is a gold decorative platter holding a grouping of wire rattan balls. Red represents boldness, while gold represents sophistication, value, and quality.

MINIMALIST

Less is more with this design. A simple centrepiece, such as a test tube vase with single-stem bloom, paired with a pewter mirror, gives the entryway a light feel. Selecting the mirror that is right for your space is a personal decision; take note, however, that decorative mirrors can further enhance the decor. Mirrors reflect light and open up space – some mirrors can create depth in smaller spaces.

MIXED METALS

The mixed metals technique is modern and trendy. In this design, a silver wall piece is selected as the standout accent piece. The gold and copper accents create a white and gold effect which balances the metals. This simple yet chic set-up, accompanied by a plush throw, evokes a strong sense of sophistication.
