French Ambassador to Jamaica Jean-Michel Despax lights a lantern, which was released in the skies above the Kingston Harbour from aboard the Caribbean Queen to commemorate World Maritime Day. He was a special guest of the Women in Maritime Association Caribbean at its Sunset Cruise dinner.
