The Shipping Association began its training package for 2018 with the eagerly anticipated Public Relations and Crisis Management Workshop. Professionals from banking, shipping and other industries across the public and private sectors joined trainer Novlette Denton-Prince for a stimulating day of activities. Participants were guided through cases, and they explored modern public relations theories and practices. Here are some highlights of the of the day's activities.
