The CFW lifestyle
In celebration of the 15th anniversary of Caribbean Fashionweek (CFW), Pulse Investment Limited is promising a revolutionary experience. This year, the model industry giant will be introducing a new concept - Total Fashion.
At the launch on Wednesday, executive chairman Kingsley Cooper explained: "Not only will the work of the region's best designers be on show, but everything we eat and drink. The expanded approach will be reflected in new partnerships with our best restaurants, bars, fashion purveyors, and all lifestyle-related entities that will be encouraged to offer discounts and special rates."
As if that was not enough, the annual
calendar event will now span over 10 days, June 6-15, giving you two weekends to indulge in the high-fashion lifestyle. The fiesta will culminate with two days of the What to Wear Pop Up Show at the Refuge, Villa Ronai, to give fashionistas the chance to shop their CFW looks (clothing, shoes, bags and accessories) for the runway show and gala events.
Also new to the list of must-do activities is the CFW Haute Cuisine and Spa Day that will involve participating restaurants offering fine dining and fabulous experiences.
Since its inception in 2001, CFW has brought fashion from the region to the world, exposing the plethora of local and regional talents. This year, fashion lovers are not just in for a fashion show, but a lifestyle experience.
