Angels of Love Jamaica

In celebration of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, which ended on Wednesday, local NGO Angels of Love Jamaica, which caters to critically ill paediatric cancer patients in Jamaica, decided to 'Paint Jamaica gold', which is the universal colour for paediatric cancer.

They did this in a balloon release ceremony on Saturday at Devon House in St Andrew. One Hundred balloons were released into the skies with the names of names of the 'little Angels' whom have lost their battle with cancer.

Farewell Dehring

After six years with Lime, now Flow, Chairman Chris Dehring is moving on. His colleagues bid him farewell on Wednesday, his final day on the job.

Cameron in Town

British Prime Minister David Cameron made an official visit to the island, leaving a lot of talk in his wake. On Wednesday as he made a presentation to a joint sitting of Parliament, in true Jamaican fashions, the members wore their Sunday best.
