JN Bank Road Show
JN Bank took its launch to another level last Friday, with a grand motorcade to deliver its covenant to JN members and Jamaicans on the north coast.
Scores of JN members and curious onlookers were in for a treat as the motorcade rolled into Ocho Rios, St Ann’s Bay, Falmout and Catherine Hall.
The Covenant promises high-quality service; innovative technological solutions; competitive interest rates; lower than market fees; and, clear and relevant decision-making information.
Byron Smalling, a JN member since the Catherine Hall location opened in 2011, took his daughter Daniella and grand-son Johnathan to see the motorcade. He noted that the points covered in the covenant are exactly what he is looking for in a bank.
“Being treated with dignity means that the bank will respect my time and do all they can so that I do not spend hours in a line. I am also pleased that they promise confidentiality, because I want the information I share with them to be secure. I am happy to recommend any bank that can guarantee those things.” he said.
Retired JN manager, Althea Thompson, who resides in St James, expressed pride that her former employer was meeting directly with customers to share the Covenant. “JN’s business practice has always been embedded in the tagline, ‘We’ll help you find a way, and the move to a bank signals that JN is finding a way to give customers more options.”
The motorcade featured the 31-member Tivoli Marching Band; JN hostesses elegantly dressed in the company’s signature blue; and a fleet of luxury cars from Stewart’s Auto Sales Limited and ATL Automotive Limited.
JN Bank opened its doors to the public for the first time on Wednesday February 1, as the country’s third largest commercial bank and seventh commercial bank operating in the Jamaica market.
“We want our members to know that at JN Bank we are guarantee the highest level of service JN Bank Managing Director Hayden-Cater stated. “All staff members everywhere are held to the same level of delivery; our goals are clearly-defined, our processes are smooth, and every request is treated as urgent.”
