As gorgeous gowns and dapper suits made their way into The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in New Kingston last Thursday, the Jamaica Chambers of Commerce (JCC) rolled out the red carpet, cocktails and a tasty feast in celebration of their 35th Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony.

Under the theme 'Vision, Inspiration, Growth', the movers and shakers of the corporate community came out in elegance to represent their companies and stand by their participation in the fulfilment of global development.

The night kicked off with greetings from JCC President Larry Watson, while the other formalities were guided gracefully by master of ceremonies Michael Anthony Cuffe, Snr.

With a delicious meal and an energetic number from Dance Xpressionz, it was time for the show to get on the road.

The presentations began with Sweetie Confectionery copping the Entrepreneur Award, and Catherine Kennedy winning the Individual Chamber Member Award. The Best of Large Enterprise went to Kingston Wharves, while National Commercial Bank won the award for Extra Large Enterprises.

The night continued with beautiful memories of accomplishments and congratulations to the companies who came out on top.

Here are the highlights.
