The 13 finalists who will be competing in this year’s Miss Jamaica World Middlesex.

Come July 15, 13 beautiful young women will vie for the title of Miss Jamaica World Middlesex at the Golf View Hotel in Mandeville Manchester.

Over the years, the pageant has evolved into showcasing more than just beauty, capitalising on the organisation's motto, 'Beauty with a Purpose.' The pageant assists and promotes the growth and development of the individual's skills, self-esteem, confidence, poise, speech, and diction, also aiding in providing a sense of worth for the nations's young women.

This year, the contestants will focus on raising funds for 10-year-old Shanequa Consalvaries, who has been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, which is a chronic inflammatory disease of the intestines.

From the competition, a queen will be selected to represent the region at the Miss Jamaica World eliminations, which takes place in Kingston on July 29 at the Spartan Health Club in Kingston.
