Montegonians came out in their numbers to make an event of the first Iberostar Chef on Tour dinner of the year last Saturday night. The Montego Bay resort played host to Chef Bryce Shuman, who was trained in some of the best kitchens in Europe and the United States. The Michelin Star North Carolina native took a departure from his Betony Restaurant in New York to tantalise taste buds on the island, and we have the social highlights.
