The intimate setting of 5A North Avenue was filled with the smokey aroma of pan chicken as Chef Shea Stewart celebrated his birthday at The Pallet on Saturday, September 8.

It was more than just a birthday party for Stewart, who also announced the opening of his restaurant, The Pallet, last year. He welcomed friends from the culinary and entertainment world to celebrate the double anniversary. Red Stripe provided libations throughout the night and Stewart added his own personal touch to CB's offerings with his signature pan chicken and pork.
