To say the official opening of Montego Bay’s newest member of the accommodations sector, the S Hotel, was a grand affair, would be a great understatement; that is because it was simply amazing, and a proud and historic moment for Jamaica’s tourism. The opening was not just a ribbon-cutting exercise for the 120-room hotel, but an awesome celebration of Jamaican food, entrepreneurship, elements of Jamaican music and culture.
