1. The political aspirant is about to find out just how expensive it is to get a gritty, old veteran to give up his parliamentary seat. Our sources say many millions are being demanded. So, once again, they are all looking to shake the money tree of their special benefactor in order to cut a deal and make the swap work. This must happen fairly quickly, too.

2. Some churches have apparently helped out their parishioners in these difficult times. However, from all reports, some churches are trying to scrape the last dollar from their membership in these coronavirus days. Word has it that one parson who sent collectors to his members, threatened to read them out of church if nothing was forthcoming. Could this be true?
