Mourners said their final goodbyes to former government minister Dr Donald Keith Duncan on Sunday in an official funeral, held at the University Chapel in St Andrew. Though small in numbers, owing to coronavirus restrictions, they were not short on praise for the man dubbed a trailblazer and examplary example.
