WESTERN BUREAU:

Waterhouse logged their third win of the 2014 Red Stripe Premier League campaign, coming from one goal down to defeat Reno FC 3-1 in their

seventh-round match at Frome Sports Complex yesterday.

Craig Foster notched his ninth goal of the season when he scored in the 22nd minute, but Ewan Gray would equalise from the penalty spot for Waterhouse on the 45th-minute mark.

Both teams created a number of chances to break the deadlock, with the home side especially wasteful, until Jermaine 'Tuffy' Anderson fired past the Reno keeper in the 67th minute, as the Anthony Patrick-coached Water-house marched into the lead in style.

Waterhouse made the game safe with a 90th-minute goal from Juvaune Benjamin, as last year's beaten finalists moved up the standings to 10 points.

"The weather really was a factor today (yesterday). They were in the match early and went ahead with that Craig Foster goal. But we did get back into it with the penalty, and from there, we did really well," Waterhouse's manager Keith Sailsman said.

Reno were suffering their second loss in six matches and remain on eight points.
