Jamaica will be looking to win another title at the CARIFTA Games, now underway in Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis.
Jamaica has a strong 78-member team at the 44th edition of the three-day Games.
The team includes Jaheel Hyde, along with Christoff Bryan, Christopher Taylor and Michael O’Hara.
On the girl's side, top athletes Shaneil English and Kimone Shaw are expected to do well at the Games.
Jamaica dominated the 2014 Games with 89 medals comprising 42 gold, 34 silver and 13 bronze medals.
The last time Jamaica lost the CARIFTA Games was in 1984 when The Bahamas won at home.
