FOOTBALL: Montego Bay beat Waterhouse, advance to RSPL final

Defending champions Montego Bay United have booked their place in the final of the Red Stripe Premiere League after comprehensively beating Waterhouse in semifinal action last night at the Catherine Hall Stadium in St James.    

Montego Bay United won last night's second leg five-one for a eight-two aggregate victory.  

The champions were led to victory courtesy of the double from national striker Dino Williams in the thirty first and fifty second minutes. 

Allen Ottey, captain Leslie St Fleur and Omar Gordon, were other scorers for Montego United. 

Jermaine 'Tuffy' Anderson scored the lone goal for Waterhouse which ended the match with 10-men, after defender Rohan Amos was sent off in the 58th minute.

Meanwhile, Waterhouse's coach Anthony Patrick was disappointed with his team's efforts.

Montego United now awaits the winners of today's second semifinal clash between Arnett Gardens and Humble Lion.

The match will be played at the Effortville Community Centre in Clarendon starting at 8:30 this evening.
