WI batsman fined
ROSEAU, Dominica (CMC):
West Indies and Windward Islands batsman AndrÈ Fletcher has been slapped with a US$741 fine for possession of ammunition, after appearing in court here.
The 27-year-old Grenadian was arrested at the Douglas Charles Airport on Thursday after 50 rounds of .22 calibre ammunition was discovered in his carry-on luggage.
Dominica News Online reported that the fine was paid and arrangements were being made for the player to leave the island, where he had been training in recent days.
Fletcher last represented West Indies earlier this year when he turned out in two Twenty20 International series against South Africa.
CONCACAF Champions League draw

Caribbean teams will know their fate for the 2015/16 CONCACAF Champions League when the draw for the preliminary round is held here Monday night, even as controversy from the latest corruption scandal continues to swirl around the embattled confederation.
Newly crowned Caribbean Football Union club champions, Central FC of Trinidad and Tobago, along with losing finalists W Connection and Jamaica's Montego Bay United FC, will join 12 teams from Central America and nine from North America in the draw which will see qualifiers split into eight groups of three.
Central FC won the CFU Club Championship last Sunday when they defeated fellow Trinidadian club W Connection 2-1 in the final at the Ato Boldon Stadium.
